It doesn't matter if you are teacher or P.h.d or doctor to speak english very well.

Speaking english is acquring skill..not academic skill..
If you tried to spread your acquiring channels..i mean talking to wide range of people who speak english..watching movies in english..listen carefully to the charcters..reading all kinds of signs, letters, books...etc...may help you to learn speaking english...

and I learned it in my collage
in STUDY SKILLS
but I wonder about all this care of English from Abo ALshabab
